All info in Apple Health will be synced, so if there are multiple copies of a workout there then you may see them in Gyroscope too.
In that case, you can delete the one you don’t want to keep — and adjusting your upstream app sync settings to not write multiple should also fix the issue.
Please check your settings in Apple Health to see which apps are syncing into Apple Health and then into your Gyroscope account. Also, please restart your device to make sure you are seeing the latest things, as sometimes it can get stuck.
