The latest version of the app has been streamlined to give you quick and easy access to all your data, starting with a simple overview of what is going on today.
In your daily report, there are different sections corresponding to various aspects of your life: sleep, mind (journal, mood, etc.), activity (including your steps and places, to see where you went and if you were active), workouts (like going to the gym and running, if you did those), food, and more…
Tapping your step count for the day will take you to the details of how you got those steps, including the places you went and the walking you did that day.
From here, you can also easily switch between days and go back in time from the menu at the top, or open the map view (requires Pro)
To see more of your timeline and historical stats, you can open the main menu from the top right corner (or swipe the app to the left), and within your reports select a variety of options like “Places” “Passport” “Map” and more to see your location tracking in different aspects…
