Jolene was a competitive gymnast for 16 years before becoming a registered nurse in order to reach and help more people. However, before she became an RN she majored in Health Science and Nutrition in college. Jolene eventually returned to nutrition with a burning passion to help people before chronic health conditions had time to develop.

Ollie's approach to long-term health focuses on mobility as much as muscle, while developing a positive mindset and healthy relationship with food. As a certified Dragon Door Progressive Calisthenics (bodyweight training) coach, he specialises in developing strength and muscle with minimal - if any - equipment. As a strength coach, No fad diets or restricted foods either, just the freedom to make life long gains with sustainable habits and as much or as little equipment you have at your disposal.
